As you might have figured out, you would have to create an image in three different sizes to use/display images in the product list, details page and so on. But there is a smarter way around this issue and it is to use the autoscale functionality in Dynamic eCommerce. You can read the article "Working with autoscaling product images" to learn more about how to configure the autoscaling functionality.

Used in combination, the two functions will allow you to have only one product image in the image folder, which you then resize in the frontend using the automatic autoscale function. All in all fewer product images to maintain and more control of image sizes in the webshop.
